Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CrossTraX Designs. You may return items that are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (for US orders).
How to initiate a return:
- Returns can be initiated from our customer portal.
- Contact us at info@crosstrax.com with your order number and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Pack the item securely; unless the item is defective or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Ship your item to the following address:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within up to 5 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer 3–5 further business days for the funds to appear.
Defective or damaged items:
If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery; we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost.
Exceptions/Final Sale Items:
Some items (for example, custom or made-to-order parts) are non-returnable unless defective. These will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
