Shipping Policy
For most orders the total delivery time is typically 5–7 business days.
Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Shipping methods, transit times & cost:
We ship all orders from our Michigan facility via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified.
Domestic (United States) transit time after shipment is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- The weight of the package,
- The destination ZIP code, and
- The shipping service selected
Occasionally we offer free standard shipping promotions (these will be clearly described on product/checkout page).
International orders:
At this time we ship to the U.S. only. If you would like international shipping, please contact us at info@crosstrax.com for a quote.
Address corrections & refusals:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at time of order. Additional charges may apply if shipping address needs correction or if the shipment is returned due to refusal or non-delivery.
