Return Policy
We will accept any new and unused product purchased from Crosstrax Soultions LLC dba, CrossTraX Hobbies, for a refund within 30-days of purchase.
CrossTrax Hobbies reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping cost, insurance, and label.
To start a return, you can do so in your customer account, by emailing info@crosstrax.com, or by phone at 1.517.325.3320.
If the 30-day time frame has expired, don't hesitate to contact us at info@crosstrax.com to determine if we can provide a solution specifically for you.
Items returned to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
CrossTrax Hobbies is not responsible for return shipping or any fees associated with return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). If the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email. CrossTrax Hobbies may require photos of damaged packages or parts for inspection.
Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. If your package is, in fact, lost, we will either replace the package or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.
Defective Merchandise Return Policy
If you receive a defective item, please contact CrosTrax Hobbies immediately by phone or email. We will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Exchanges
CrossTrax Hobbies does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Terms & Conditions
- Crosstrax Hobbies does not accept returns on final/clearance sale items or gift cards.
- Crosstrax Hobbies does not accept returns of products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries, or other hazardous materials.
- All items should be packed to ensure no damage is incurred during shipping. CrossTrax Hobbies is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, nor for packages shipped to, but not received by CrossTrax Hobbies (lost in transit). Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.
- Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
- Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of CrossTrax Hobbies.
- The manufacturer's warranty does NOT cover collateral damage.
